Delivery takes 5–7 business days after processing.


2. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes! COD is available for most locations in India.


3. What if I receive a damaged or defective product?

Simply email us at support@gearlystore.store with your Order ID and photos/videos. We will replace or refund the product.


4. Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them. After shipment, cancellations are not possible.


5. Do you ship all over India?

Yes, we ship across India through trusted courier partners.


6. How do I track my order?

Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email (and SMS if provided).
