We understand that mistakes happen. Here’s how cancellations work.

Order Cancellation Window

You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it.
After this period or once shipped, we cannot cancel the order.

How to Request a Cancellation

Email support@gearlystore.store with:

• Order ID

• Reason for cancellation

Refund for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation is approved:

• Refund is issued to the original payment method

• Processing time: 5–7 business days

Non-Cancellable Orders

Cancellation is not possible for:

• Orders already shipped

• Cash on Delivery (COD) orders that have been dispatched

• Products marked as non-cancellable
